Trans Connection was
founded in 1996 from humble beginnings. We had one production lathe and one light-duty
mill. The tooling we had was designed for low-volume runs. Today, five years later, we
have nine lathes, two mills and a CNC mill with extensive hard tooling to support high
volume and produce a consistent quality product.We are hard tooled to rebuild the majority of
the import and domestic pumps, from the very old- to the late models. We do many uncommon
parts most people don't consider rebuildable. A few examples are Toyota 340 transfer case
drums, 3T60 and 4T60 pumps and AXODE / AX4N pumps. We are just expanding our line to the
Allison pumps.
We cater to distributors and
production rebuilders who know the value of a consistent quality part. Making our own
tooling is what keeps us ahead of the curve, we did the prototype E40D pumps for the new
Sonnax oversize gears.
We perform our own tool-making,
specialty-welding and all start-up-production runs. This allows us to stay on top of any
unforeseen production problems before they become critical. Our goal is to be a
leading-edge hard parts rebuilder, we make every effort to have our customers feel they
have made the right choice in doing business with our company.
